With the help of innovative technology, DE.LA.RO® specialists carry out numerous measurements, starting from your eyes to how you hold the rifle.
To make the lenses that allow for a perfect focus, the first step is to ascertain the "visual health" of the eye. Employing the state-of-the-art equipment in the DE.LA.RO Lab, we carry out a complete optical examination to measure visual acuity.
The perfect focus on the target, in every phase of a competition and in all weather conditions, is guaranteed only by a perfect centration of the lenses. In the DE.LA.RO Lab, the shooter shoulders a rifle with an HD micro-camera attached to its rib, facing a virtual shooting range. The software, designed ad hoc by DE.LA.RO®, processes every movement of the shooter aiming to hit the virtual target, all with millimeter precision. The data processed by the software allows us to obtain information on the shooter’s posture on the platform but, above all, allows us to achieve the perfect focal centration with the pupils.
The quick fading of the sun on a gray day or the shadow of a cloud abruptly covering the sun are no longer sources of visual discomfort for the shooter. In the DE.LA.RO Lab, a meticulous study is carried out to understand which shade of the lens is able to maintain the shooter's optimum visual performance. Thanks to an exclusive lighting system capable of faithfully reproducing any type of natural light in the DE.LA.RO Lab, it is possible to precisely determine the type of lens capable of maintaining perfect visual contrast and the best perception of the target in any atmospheric condition or shooting range.
